This 6,800 sq ft main branch and drive-thru facility was constructed
with structural steel, light gauge metal framing, masonry veneer,
champagne colored aluminum storefront and window systems. Incorporating
many “green” design principles, the building’s
fluorescent lighting design is controlled by a variable dimming
system that allows natural light to provide most of the interior
lighting. Along with a Sarnafil insulated roofing system, this
design minimizes electrical usage and decrease the interior heat
load to reduce the demand for air conditioning.
