This project reflects our long-standing relationship with Austin
Regional Clinic which encompasses more than 25 satellite medical
clinics, including both interior finish out and full scale remodel
projects. This project is a 5,000 sq ft, one story, medical office
building comprised of structural steel and light gauge metal framing
with masonry and aluminum storefront exterior systems and a standing
seam metal roof. The building exterior successfully matches the
architectural characteristics of existing buildings and the interior
reflects the finish standards incorporated in other Austin Regional
satellite clinics.
