This three-story retail/office building and multi-level parking
garage consists of a steel and metal stud framed structural system
including plaster and storefront exterior walls. The project employs
special architectural elements to enhance the building’s
appearance, especially the display vitrines which are comprised
of thickened plate glass at an eccentric angle to augment the
retail tenants’ ability to display their products. The building’s
tower is comprised of structural steel with a pre-finished aluminum
soffit and fascia assembly which caps the translucent glass panel
walls with structural X-bracing that appears through the glass
