This 11,000 sq ft interior finish out project encompasses the
third floor of the 524 Lamar building. The interior design reflects
the owner’s desire to provide an upper-end European fashioned
spa within a contemporary fitness studio. The work includes custom
vaulted plastered ceilings, imported tile and marbles from Afghanistan
and Israel, shower and locker facilities, as well as open, spacious
work-out rooms fashioned to connect the interior space with the
exterior view and activity of the 6th and Lamar neighborhood.
