This Shoreline project features a 21,000 sq ft partial pre-engineered
and conventional steel building with plaster and brick veneer
housing a full gymnasium, stage and fly space and an entry vestibule/lobby
complete with snack bar and social environment. A significant
goal for the project was to provide a spark of exterior architectural
vocabulary with a definite link to the existing school building
and campus. This goal was achieved through the use of a compatible
architectural vocabulary and connecting elements and walkways.
