This one-story 8,100 sq ft facility houses the offices of Greater
Austin Development Corporation. With traditional structural systems,
the building’s exterior featured metal stud framing and
limestone rock veneer, aluminum storefront window systems and
doors. The design was highlighted in the interior meeting rooms
and conference facilities, which incorporated field constructed
heavy laminated trusses, fine millwork and case work, granite
and stainless counters, custom lighting and custom fireplace stone
work.
