The Whitestones, Phase 1, is a four unit, two
story townhouse project that features a combination steel and
wood framed structure with cut limestone exterior veneer, steel
cased windows, and Ludowici tile roof. A significant feature of
the project was the owner’s design requirement that the
project resemble a UT campus building. The project was designed
as an upper-end residential facility, ultimately comprising two
buildings with a shared motor court. The project includes Rumsford
fireplaces, wood floors, granite countertops, an other high quality
finishes.
